the Centres. This web site is offered to you as a service conditional
upon your acceptance without modification of all the following terms,
and conditions contained herein. Your use of this web site constitutes
your agreement to all such terms and conditions as detailed in this document.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship
exists between you and NextStep as a result of this agreement.

between the user and NextStep with respect to use of
