The NextStep web site consists of various web pages operated by the Centres. This web site is offered to you as a service conditional upon your acceptance without modification of all the following terms, and conditions contained herein. Your use of this web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions as detailed in this document. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and NextStep as a result of this agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold NextStep blameless in the event of any claim, demand, or damage asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the NextStep web site. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and NextStep with respect to use of the NextStep web site.

LIABILITY / INFORMATION DISCAIMER

NextStep makes no claims about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, lack of viruses or other harmful components and accuracy of the information, products and graphics contained within the NextStep web site for any purpose. All information contained within the site including these terms and conditions has been devised by members of the NextStep whether they be staff or students. While every effort is made to ensure that all information is accurate, valid and up to-date all site content is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. NextStep disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information and service as a whole.

The information and content included in or available through the NextStep web site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Whilst information may be accurate and valid within NextStep it may not be so externally. If a particular part of the NextStep web site requires you to create or set up an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form/s. You will then either choose a password and user name or they will be assigned to you or your organisation. TERMINATION OF ACCESS / SITE ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

Parts of the NextStep web site are offered as restricted access areas and are clearly indicated as such. These areas are only to be accessed by the permitted parties and access is subject to registration upon which access can be granted. Any applications for access to the restricted areas that appear to be invalid will be refused and the applicant will be informed accordingly.

NextStep reserves the right to terminate your access to any of the restricted areas of the NextStep web site. If NextStep decide to terminate access, you will be notified prior to termination. Your right to use the restricted areas of the NextStep web site immediately ceases upon termination of the account.

The NextStep web site is provided as a marketing and information source/resource for members of the United Kingdom or prospective centres students and staff. With this in mind, the site has only been made available using the English Language.
